An Annotation Tool designed for Remote Sensing Images

I designed a new annotation tool. Currently designed for target detection task. If any advice and bug, Please add issue, this tool will be developed in progress.

The software is designed for own usage. Please feel free to download an EXE to use in Windows. Right now only support Windows 7/8/10.
